Photo of Eclipse, the finest Finnish board game to date. Three players are busy around the Galactic Center.

The squarish crop is caused by careless cropping while shooting – I was focused on getting the large yellow and white spaceships in the photo and neglected the right edge of the frame.

This was shot using a Jupiter 37A lens – I thought the name is appropriate for a space-themed shot. The lens is approximately my age, as it’s the Moscow Olympic Games version. The 135mm focal length doubles to 270mm on m4/3, which makes it a very long lens, but that just means I had to stand on a chair to shoot this photo.

The photo is lit with two small strobes. There’s one on left side of the frame, unmodified, to cast the shadows, and another one on top right, shot through a large diffuser.
